This is an exciting opportunity to join Dental Partners; the ‘Best Place to Work’, in the Belper practice with a full-time equivalent earning potential of circa £175K
For this role we can build a bespoke contract, comprising of:
- NHS contract of £84,500
- Average private earnings based on current offering, £50k +
- Invisalign potential earnings of £30k
- Unique private incentive bonus scheme allowing all of our clinicians to earn up to 60% of private revenue (additional £2,500 per year OTE)
- Monthly training and CPD plan – with an average value of £1,000 per year
- Optional co-funding agreement for your professional development – average DP contribution £2,000 per year.
- Optional joining bonus of up to £5,000
- Lots of free road-side parking available
Belper Dental Practice is a well-established modern practice, with six surgeries, offering high-quality private and NHS dentistry for the whole family, from check-ups and comprehensive hygiene to a wide choice of elective treatments such as dental restoration, implants and oral surgery and cosmetic procedures such as teeth whitening, composite bonding, veneers and straightening.
Whilst you’ll be working with an experienced and passionate team of practice support staff and clinicians with Special Interest, you’ll also have full Clinical Freedom, it will be your choice when it comes to the equipment, materials and laboratories whilst our clinical support network will keep you safe, ethical and compliant, resulting in the highest quality treatment and choice for our NHS and private patients.
