Associate Dentist – Private Practice, 4 days available Monday – Thursday

A long established independent family owned Practice, providing Dental care for our list of Private Plan Patients and Pay As You Go Patients (PAYG).
The Opportunity
We are looking to welcome an Associate Dentist to join our Team.
Days available are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 8.45am – 5.30 pm.
For an incoming Associate Dentist we have a well maintained stable Patient list with approx 900 Plan Patients, there are also PAYG Patients (and a waitlist of Patients to join our Plan).
Practice Dentistry in a supportive friendly dynamic environment.
The Team
We are a Team of 5 Dentists, 2 Therapists, Practice Manager, Practice Admin Assistant, 3 Receptionists, 1 Decontamination Technician 12 dental nurses and 1 cleaner.
You’d never be lonely as we are a cohesive fun-loving Team willing to share expertise and help each other.
We are a BDA Good Practice providing a wide range of treatments, including Implant placement by our in house Implantologist and their restoration, Sedation, Invisalign, we have an Endodontist who can take referrals. We are always eager to learn new techniques.
Our extended duties nurses also provide Fluoride sessions and initial Invisalign consultations.
We also enjoy socialising together and often have Team outings.
The Practice
We are in a fully refurbished and modernised Georgian building in the centre of Cockermouth. There are 5 modern fully equippped surgeries all with digital Xrays, micromotors, fibreoptic handpieces, rotary endodontics, air conditioning, air filtration,etc. There is a welcoming Reception and waiting area with TV, office and staffroom with changing area.
We are fully computerised, using SoE also with Decontamination room (always staffed) CT scanner, intraoral scanner, digital camera and intraoral cameras. We are constantly looking at improving and developing.

GDC registration
Indemnity and CPR certificates
Two clinical references from the last 2 years
Valid DBS (or willingness to complete one)
