Goodwin & Associates are a long established independent family owned dental practice, providing NHS and private dental care in Cockermouth, Cumbria.​​​​​​​​​ The practice is located in a Georgian building, located centrally in Cockermouth, which has been refurbished to provide 5 modern fully equipped surgeries all with digital X Rays, micromotors and rotary endo. The practice is fully computerised with a decontamination room, equipment includes a CT scanner and digital intraoral scanner. We are a friendly, harmonious, fun loving, well trained team, with good staffing levels and low staff turnover. We are committed to providing excellent care for our patients. Cockermouth is on the Western fringe of the Lake District in one of the original ‘Gem Towns’ with excellent local schools and good housing. We are looking to welcome a new Associate Dentist into our team on a full or part time basis. This is a genuine career and lifestyle opportunity. We can offer flexibility around your UDA commitment with good UDA rate and working days between Monday to Thursday. A well maintained stable list of patients, mostly NHS but with significant private earning potential due to the business owner reducing their clinical commitment.
We also have an inhouse Implantologist, are a SAAD assessed safe sedation practice, and a BDA good practice. Our Associates provide a wide range of general and cosmetic treatments including Invisalign, Botox, and one is currently doing a Masters in Endodontics. You will also benefit from a Therapist and fabulous Fluoride Nurses.
