At JDRM, we understand the importance of investing in your career development and providing you with opportunities in taking that next step to advance your career. We have supported our colleagues from the their first steps in their career in dentistry, right through to becoming a dentist with a special interest in MOS and endodontics and mentored our own in house Implantologists and supported our specialist orthodontists to provide a mixture of care both within the NHS and privately. For those with a passion for teaching, we have guided them to become Foundation Dental trainers, PLVE Trainers, and EU Mentors. We have a network of Dentists who work as a team across Leicestershire supporting each other, be that with clinical queries and sharing of private cases through our private referral network or to just make friends!

- Free access for Associates to be on the JDRM Internal Referral Pathway list, instant access to referrals from over 30 dentists and thousands of patients in your chosen areas of interest, e.g. Invisalign, short term ortho,, cosmetic dentistry, endo, MOS, Whitening and Implants
- Internal endodontics referral system for your patients
- Internal Implants referral system for your patients
- Internal orthodontics referral for your patients
We have a large team of qualified nurses, most of whom are homegrown talent, having enjoyed development from trainees to becoming Managers, implant nurses, MOS nurses, Orthodontic nurses and also OHE nurses providing community-based projects

Days: Monday to Sunday available – choose full or part time!
UDA rate: £12 for weekdays / £13 for weekends
UDA target: 6,000 UDAs available (this would be pro-rata’d to the number of days you choose to work per week)

To support your career development, we have a network of Associates to share experiences and clinical support, alongside this industry expert lead and also Director lead Associate training events including MOS, trauma training, whitening and implants to support your career development. We also run Director lead Associate development programmes to support our colleagues with clinical cases
What you can expect to receive with us:
Structured Mentorship support for new dentists in the early stages of their career, mentorship in dental implants, Oral Surgery, Cosmetic Dentistry, Small- Group Teaching Sessions. Coaching on ways of working within NHS and private dentistry.
Our aim is to ensure that no dentist ever feels unsupported in any clinical environment and develops in line with their aspirations.
