What we want 

I’m looking for a forward thinking, heart-centered associate with a long-term view to grow and develop your career foundation at Dynamic Dental Studio.

Ideally with five or more years of experience in private practice, however you will be considered if you are the right character fit if less than five years’ experience.

You must be willing to participate in team building days, one to one meetings, peer review, and training where appropriate. We encourage active participation in our social media content creation to help build the awareness of services.

You will be instrumental in enrolling and welcoming new patients with our on-boarding conversation to help them bridge the gap from where they are to where they want to be.

You must have good communication skills together with great chair side manner, excellent rapport with both the patient and support team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This role is a full-time position that reports directly to our manager, while also working closely with other key members of the team.

You will use your skills and experience to professionally engage with our patients with a proactive preventative patient focused approach.

Participate in regular team clinical and practice meetings.

You must be willing to follow our proven systems and marketing processes, so you fully understand what I teach and be able to confidently mirror the language to best serve our patients by enrolling them.

You will ascertain the best possible outcome for treatment care and use the available internal referral support for implants, endodontics and facial aesthetics, active aligners and complex cosmetic cases.

Participate in the on-call emergency rota

Be prepared to work occasional evenings or Saturdays by appointment and if needed go the extra mile in exceptional circumstances.

You will be serving the local market town of Halesworth community circa 4900, in the heart of Suffolk.

We have SOE and digital x-rays through out and run a paperless record system and working towards a greener practice.
