The successful candidate will enjoy working in a busy NHS dental practice with great private potential. You will need to excel and take complete ownership of the main responsibilities of the position, be able to work independently whilst reporting back to the Principal periodically. Key Skills and Qualifications –
- Candidate must be comfortable and efficient in delivering NHS UDAs, and continued delivery whilst increasing private turnover.
- You should be good at building rapport with patients and offering private dentistry options in a relaxed manner.They already have an excellent private dentistry reputation based on patient and dentist relationships, it is a softly softly approach rather than a hard sell.
- GDC registration and performer required
- All levels of experience will be considered
– An enhanced CRB check will be required for the successful candidate
– Only GDC registered qualified Dentists should apply, those currently in FD training year will also be considered.
