Dental Nurse – Maternity Cover Contract

Joe Oliver Dentist are currently seeking a Lead Dental Nurse to join the team for a maternity cover position for 12 – 18 months at our busy Cosmetic Dental Clinic on Harley Street, London. Located a short walk from Baker Street or Regent’s Park underground stations. There may also be an opportunity for a full time contact following the maternity cover position.

The main duties will include:

• Assisting the Dentists and Practice Manager with all clinical aspects of the surgery, maintaining compliance standards throughout
• Providing excellent patient care at every stage of the cosmetic dental process
• Maintaining cross infection controls, equipment and materials to the highest standard
• Performing all duties in line with the Code of Ethics outlined by the Association of Dental Nurses and the GDC
• Take on additional responsibility to support the Dentist and the Practice Manager

We can offer some flexibility around working days.  If you are looking for a part time opportunity we would ideally look for commitment to working Monday, Thursday and Friday.  For a full time appointment we are looking for a commitment of 40 hours per week to be worked over 4 – 5 days.
