What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a dental environment, particularly in a similar role, with prior experience as a receptionist or Treatment Coordinator (TCO).
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional oral and written communication abilities, able to articulate effectively with diverse personality types.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management capabilities.
  • Decision-Making: Proficient decision-making skills.
  • Presentation: Well-presented and articulate.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new software.

 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Provide support, direction, and leadership to enhance the performance, skills, and knowledge of practice staff.
  • Team Development: Coach, lead, develop, and support a high-performing team.
  • Revenue Management: Plan and drive the income targets for the practice.
  • Communication: Maintain excellent communication within the practice, including regular staff meetings.
  • Growth Management: Lead and direct the day-to-day growth of the practice and team members.
  • Brand Building: Uphold and build the brand standards and vision for the practice, delivering outstanding customer service.
  • KPI Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and achieve key directives, including operational and business growth targets.
  • Patient Service: Ensure the delivery of excellent service to patients, maintaining high quality, cost efficiency, and performance in line with the company strategy.
  • Work Environment: Foster a positive atmosphere, making the practice a great place to work.
