Dental Receptionist – Full Time – Sheffield Full Time

Dee Kay Dental are an independently owned modern dental practice in Sheffield. We are looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist to join our forward thinking team. We are easy to reach by car/public transport and have onsite parking.  As Front of House, you will be the ambassador of our practice’s first impressions on the patients and visitors. It is your foremost responsibility to compassionately greet all incoming patients and visitors, help them with directions or any appropriate information that they need while maintaining a high level of company confidentiality.

You will be professionally answering phone calls in a polite tone. Also as the Receptionist, you will perform various front desk duties including filing, handling and re-directing mail, etc., assuming administrative authority for your responsibilities. You will play an executive role in the management of our Invisalign patients ensuring they have a positive experience throughout their journey.

You must be well presented, enthusiastic with first class IT, written and verbal communication skills. Ideally you will have at least 2 years experience in a dental/healthcare surgery.
