We have a fantastic opportunity for a Dental Treatment Coordinator to join their highly successful practice on a full time basis ideally starting in July 2022. The Treatment Coordinator will be one of the most productive roles within the practice. The ideal candidate for this role must also have a “can do” attitude to every working day, you will need to have proven sales and customer service experience and ideally have a dental background. Experience of Invisalign patient journey is desirable (although not essential) as full training is provided. You will need to be able to build relationships and drive sales for the business. Marketing experience is advantageous, to enable you to drive our business forward. The role involves taking the patient through the treatment journey and being able to confidently discuss the treatment and the fees involved in order for the Dentist to focus solely on delivering dental treatment plans. The role also requires a lot of responsibility and effort; you’ll need to be understanding and empathetic when dealing with patients.
As our Treatment Coordinator, you will be liaising with the clinicians in order to formulate an appropriate treatment plan for patients. Being the first point of call for new patients and existing customers discussing treatment plans and the various options available to them. You must ensure new patient enquiries are dealt with immediately, ensuring patients are followed up, logged and monitored. Organisational skills are essential, liaising with the entire dental team, working together to ensure that the patient has a smooth journey at our clinic.

We will combine your expert experience with our Treatment Co-ordinator coaching programme which means you will be fully supported every step to help you achieve your true potential. You will also be part of our wider team of Treatment Coordinators at our other stores based in Newcastle, Leeds, and Nottingham.
Skills and Attributes: – Our Treatment Coordinators are considered one of the key roles within the store. You will be passionate to deliver excellence to contribute further to the success of your store. It is therefore essential that you have at least 3 year’s experience to thrive in this role and can deliver sparkling customer service.
Experience of an Invisalign patient journey is desirable but not essential as we will combine your experience and blend it seamlessly with our business model. You will need to be able to build relationships quickly to drive sales for the business. Marketing experience is advantageous as this will enable you to drive our business forward.
Duties: – The role involves taking the patient through the Invisalign journey and being able to confidently discuss the treatment and the fees involved in order for the clinician to focus solely on delivering dental treatment. The role also requires a great deal of responsibility -to communicate ethically to our patients so you will need to be understanding and empathetic to our patient’s needs.
You will ooze professional confidence to liaise with our clinicians in order to formulate appropriate treatment plans for our patients. Our Treatment Co-ordinators also work hand in hand with our Front of House Team and together you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will therefore need to build relationships quickly to gain patient trust. You will be able to multitask new patient enquiries and ensure patients are followed up, logged and monitored effectively in a timely manner. You will be with the patient every step of the way throughout their Invisalign journey right to the end point of their ‘smile reveal’. You will therefore be part of a life changing patient experience. Your expert organisational skills will ensure that there is seamless liaising with the entire dental team to work collaboratively together to ensure that the patient has a smooth journey.
Working Hours: – 37.5 hrs per week / 5 days / 9:00 -17:00 Mon – Friday / This will include a late evening util 19:00. Sat on rota (one in the month) 9:00 – 14:00 (half day will be given during the week).
SALARY: £25,000 – £29,000 with competitive bonus
