We are building a chain of disruptive Impress dental studios across Europe to provide best-in-class teeth aligner treatment.
We are looking for a Dentist with orthodontic training, or an Orthodontist, to work with us in the Nottingham area. You will be an important part of a hard-working, winning team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver WOW experience for every patient.
Be able to make a diagnostic and monitoring of the aligner treatment.
Make and examine 3D scans or dental impressions of the patients to determine the design of orthodontic products to be created.
Review orthodontic aligner diagnostic information for completeness and accuracy, prior to submitting it to a network licensed dental professional for treatment plan development.
Review aligner treatment plans prior to finalizing and submitting for manufacturing.
Review feedback from dental and orthodontic professionals on plans, incorporating requests into a revised plan.
Provide the necessary support to the team, in order for them to execute their task properly.
Provide communication about changes in the protocols and relevant information.
Provide feedback about the quality of the cases.
Provide one on one sessions with team members and document Feedback
Create daily, weekly and monthly status reports.
Assist with quality assurance monitoring and process improvement initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in 3D scans
Licentiate degree as a Dentist
Excellent communication skills.

Salary: £65,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
