What the role involves
The primary role of the New Patient Co-ordinator (NPC) is to facilitate the journey of the new patient from their initial contact with the practice, building strong relationships between the practice and the patient, and creating a great first impression. The NPC will promote the practice and its services through excellent customer service skills, increase case acceptance ratios and ensure a smooth patient journey at all times. This role requires excellent verbal, written and telephone communication skills. You must be computer literate and have an eye for detail, particularly with regard to accuracy of information, and be confident to discuss and impart financial details regarding treatment. We require someone who will be self motivated to deliver, manage their time and workload and become a happy, friendly member of our longstanding team.
The successful candidate will also be trained as a stand in Treatment Co-Ordinator to cover for sickness and holidays.
