Practice Manager – Full Time – Liverpool Full Time

This is a wonderful Dental Practice Manager career opportunity to join Primadent, an independently owned practice located just outside of Liverpool. This is a genuine opportunity to join a successful welcoming team, full time working Monday to Friday. We are a friendly, high quality practice – traditional in approach but cutting edge in techniques and technology, where patients are the main focus.  We are looking for an experienced Practice Manager who can lead and inspire the team to deliver outstanding clinical and customer service excellence. The practice owner has plans to grow further, so is looking to recruit an ambitious person to share in their future success.

You will manage your team of professional clinicians, nurses, receptionists and support staff. You will also be responsible for marketing, audit and financial processes, which must be completed to CQC standards.  You must have full working knowledge of CQC, GDC, clinical governance, compliance and guidelines.

You’ll proactively deliver HR and team management, ensure staff comply with policies and procedures. Be responsible that all procedures and processes are in place and are adhered to. Ensure the clinics appearance are kept to a high standard, recruit, develop and motivate the team using effective management skills. As the Practice Manager you will be responsible for driving performance by delivering objectives relating to marketing, revenue targets, KPIs and cost management.
