A privately owned fast growing dental group are recruiting a Regional Business Manager to cover their Southern based practices. The business is very focused in its approach and has invested heavily in their infrastructure and people. The role will work closely with the board of directors helping to drive the business forwards especially their private dentistry offering. This is a real opportunity to make a difference in a growing business rather than maintaining the status quo in a larger healthcare/dentistry provider.
You will proactively drive performance through first class leadership of your area team. You’ll run your practices through effective business planning, performance management, championing operational excellence and by maintaining strong relationships with Clinicians and Practice Managers.
You must have strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability and aptitude to operate at a more senior level contributing to decision making across the wider business. You’ll have multi-site operational management experience gained in a dental or healthcare business. You must also be commercially astute with strong business acumen to analyse data and insight to develop further commercial opportunities.
This business has a strong record of promoting internally, so is looking to recruit ambitious individuals who have perhaps reached a glass ceiling within a large dental/healthcare corporate. You’ll be given genuine ownership, autonomy with the ability to share in the success of the company as it continues to grow.
