The247dentist team are looking for Dental Nurses who are confident, hardworking, who have a bubbly personality, enjoys dealing with people and strive on delivering an excellent patient journey. The247dentist are in the process of opening a new location in Plymouth with a planned opening date September 2022.
The job entails supporting the Dentist to provide high quality private emergency dental care over weekends, weekday evenings and bank holidays and usually operates on a weekly rota system Monday to Sunday with guaranteed pay for being on call. We are looking for Nurses to do 1 or 2 weeks on-call per calendar month. The role may require you to work bank holidays due to the nature of the service we provide.
Joining our private emergency dental team, you will benefit from excellent rates of pay.
9am to 8pm £20 p/hr
8pm to 10pm £30 p/hr
10pm to 12am £50 p/hr
12am to 9am £70 p/hr
You wont always be based in the practice and will only come out to see patients once booked. When on call you will need to be able to reach the practice within 45 minutes.

On call hours are as follows: (Late night and early morning call outs are very rare due to an enhanced booking fee at this time)
*Monday 18:30 – 06:00 the following day
*Tuesday from 18:30 – 06:00 the following day
*Wednesday from 18:30 – 06:00 the following day
*Thursday from 18:30 – 06:00 the following day
*Friday from 18:30 – 00:00
Saturday from 00:01 to 00:00
Sunday from 00:01 to 00:00
(Monday – Friday there is some flexibility with morning finish time and evening start time)
*Please note that if you are on call over a bank holiday, the hours will be – 00:01 – 00:00 for that day. This includes all bank holiday Mondays, Easter Monday, Good Friday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
