Goodman Grant Solicitors are a leading specialist UK law firm providing legal and business services predominantly to the dental profession. Due to expansion, we have a new vacancy for an Administration Assistant to join our growing Business Services team who conduct dental practice valuations and a business brokerage service for our highly valued clients.
You will report directly to the Business Support Manager and will provide dedicated administration support to the team in their day-to-day management of dental practice sales and consultancy clients. Duties will include updating general file notes, adding to and maintaining databases, preparation of viewing confirmation letters, redacting of legal documents for disclosure and other general administration duties. An excellent telephone manner is also essential, as you will assist with enquiries from potential buyers.
Whilst full training will be given, you must have excellent computer skills and have experience of using Adobe, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel to a good standard. Attention to detail is paramount in this role, as is an ability to work efficiently and independently on your own initiative. After initial training, there may be the opportunity to work from home where appropriate, with regular intermittent visits to the office (near Matlock) on a weekly basis.
