About the role:
Here at Ascent Dental, we are excited to be acquiring a new practice in Leamington Spa, bringing the number of practices within our group to 5 across The Midlands. This is an exciting opportunity to join the practice at the beginning of its journey with Ascent Dental.
We are looking for an experienced Associate Dentist to join us in a mixed role, supporting us in hitting our NHS target, whilst also having the opportunity to deliver a great deal of private treatments within the practice. We have flexibility in the days that we are able to offer due to being at the beginning of our journey.
Ascent Dental Leamington Spa is located in heart of the bustling town, with excellent transport and rail links. We will deliver an extremely high quality standard of Dentistry, with excellent equipment and technology at our clinicians disposal.
The patient list is made up of a mixture of existing NHS, private and plan patients as well as a regular stream of new patients as we take off in the area, so you will have varied and busy days. In practice you will be supported by our practice manager, experienced nurse and reception teams.
We are ideally looking for an experienced clinician with a lot of UK experience in delivering high quality mixed Dentistry.

We are fully equipped with modern facilities throughout each of our practices and have technology such as digital x rays, lasers, CBCT scanners, microscopes and intra oral scanners.
We are focused on the development of our clinicians and regularly invest in training, be this in-house short courses or supporting you with funding for postgraduate qualifications including masters. We truly believe that the development of our team further enhances what we can offer to our patients and we recognise that you have worked hard to get to where you are and want to help you to continue to achieve more. We have regular, interactive clinical meetings and our clinical team have easy access to the practice owners and all specialists within our group.
