What the role involves
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide strong leadership and direction to our dedicated team of dental professionals and support staff.
– Oversee the efficient scheduling and management of our 8 surgeries to optimize patient flow.
– Handle administrative tasks, including staff scheduling, payroll, and budget management.
– Liaising and working closely on a weekly basis with the Business Development Manager.
– Maintain high standards of patient care and ensure excellent customer service.
– Collaborate with our clinical team to implement best practices and quality assurance procedures.
– Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
– Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance standards.
– Contribute to the development of staff and execution of practice growth strategies.

What we need from you
We are seeking an enthusiastic and capable Practice Manager to join our dynamic team at City Quay Dental Clinic. As the Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring the efficient and smooth delivery of dental services. While experience in dentistry is preferred, it is not essential, as we value exceptional leadership and management skills equally.
