Convert enquiries into appointments as appropriate – we want to carry out some strategic marketing to attract New and Existing patients back. And your job will be to receive these enquiries (emails, telephone, social media, messaging, walk ins) and arrange appointments as appropriate for that patient.
Help us with marketing
Communication with all patients, team labs and suppliers
Take charge of patient flow re documents and payments – this is key.
Active participation in team meetings
Help run the practice smoothly
If you are a GDC registered dental nurse, or well in your way to registration, this would be a big plus, but not essential.
Good listening skills, excellent communication skills
Open to learning “outside the box”, outside the “comfort zone”

Excellent telephone manner and customer service
£18,700.00 to £21,700.00 /year ie £12/hour to £14/hour
Paid monthly, in arrears, by BACS
Permanent position: we need a minimum commitment of 2 years
Will be approx 30 hours per week: Saturdays to be confirmed. I can look to extend these hours.
Mon 845am to 1pm
Tues 845am to 2pm
Wed 8.45 to 5pm
Thur 8.45 to 6pm
Fri 8.45 to 1pm
Sat may open in near future
