A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join an established practice located in Walthamstow, at an exciting time. This is a mixed practice consisting of 8 surgeries using SOE dental software. We offer many private treatments including Invisalign and Implants.
We are looking for positive people with excellent professional presentation. We need you to be motivated and thrive on contributing to a happy team spirit. You will be a great communicator who will create a warm and welcoming environment for our patients. As we are constantly striving to create a seamless patient journey.
You will have plenty of support within the existing practice team. In addition, as we are a small group of practices, we have a strong senior management structure in place
In order to apply, suitable candidates must have at least 1 year previous Dental Receptionist experience, along with the following qualities:
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Computer literate
- Knowledge of working with SOE would be advantageous
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied and often fast paced workload
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to use initiative when needed
The role will be full time Monday – Friday. Yes, that means no weekends!
We can offer a competitive hourly rate dependent on experience. With an immediate start date available, but we are also happy to wait for the right candidate.
