Hockerill Dental one of Hertfordshire’s leading cosmetic dental clinics since 1960 are recruiting a part time Receptionist. They offer a range of treatments including white fillings, dentures and advanced treatments such as veneers, teeth whitening and orthodontics.
The part time position is available for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our practice working Wednesdays 7.30 – 5pm and Fridays 7.30-3.30. This is a part time permanent position to work two days a week.Reporting to the practice manager you will ideally be an experienced dental receptionist looking to join a high end private clinic to develop your career further.
You will deal with all aspects of the Reception in the practice -communicating with patients (old and new) in person/over phone/emails/social media, appointment scheduling, registering payments on the computer & patients records.
You will have a smart appearance with a mature attitude and friendly approach. You will have a can do approach to your work and be comfortable multitasking. Ideally you will have worked in a dental/medical background with experience in a private practice.
