As Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing our key accounts, building and maintaining a long-term relationship, and maximising revenue opportunities with them. You will be their main point of contact for day to day operational delivery and will seek to inspire and encourage continued growth.
You will report to the Operations Director, and alongside your team members, will manage up to 100 accounts. You will play a pivotal role, linking the customer and the various internal teams, and will need to act as a liaison for questions, feedback and other operational tasks.
The role is predominantly home based, but you will be expected to work in our Birmingham HQ a minimum of one day per week. You may be required to travel to your customers, attend meetings or training sessions as needed, and occasionally you may be required to work an evening or weekend for events or trade shows.Time will be given in lieu for this.
