As we are growing our Clinics all around the United Kingdom, we’re looking for an experienced Lead Dental Nurse who can supervise and guide the dental nurses team in the clinic.

Responsibilities:
Leading the nursing team and assuring their Job Descriptions are in order.
Updating procedures, policies and interactions through training.
Assist the doctor on-site in training of new staff, with evidence sign off sheet to show they are competent to use all equipment.
Ensure and maintain all equipment and machinery used in accordance with their manufacturers’ recommendations.
Always care for the welfare of patients in a helpful and courteous manner.
Act as a patient manager and work with the Clinic Manager using patient satisfaction rating measurements to drive continuous improvement to service delivery.
Responsible for managing stock ordering and control ensuring not to exceed budgets.
Manage the team’s compliance with all regulatory requirements and processes.
Requirements:
A valid GDC registration number.
X ray Certificate
Proven previous dental nursing experience.
Proven experience in leading a team of nurses.
Previous experience in the orthodontic industry will be a plus.
Friendly and gentle manner, ability to relate and give absolute care to our patients.
Passionate for helping patients through their journey with impress.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of all clinical policies and procedures governing teams duties.
Strong knowledge and use of PC and common software applications.
