What the role involves
To perform high quality dental nursing whilst assisting each dentist, hygienist and therapist in all dental procedures in a safe and effective manner in accordance with the ‘Code of Ethics’ of the British Association of Dental Nurses and the GDC requirements and recommendations to dentists and their staff.
Responsible for greeting patients upon arrival, making them feel welcome and setting them at ease.
Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the clinical areas and our patient journey.
Assisting in the organisation of clinicians diaries, ensuring maximum efficiency. This includes all relevant materials, instruments, carrying out stock control, lab work are in place ready. Preparing fillings and other materials.
Ensure all aspects of policies and procedures within the surgeries are followed, providing effective and efficient service delivery to our patients.
To establish and maintain productive working relationships with all members of the team.
Understand the vision and brand message for the practice, and deliver outstanding customer service experiences

Here, at The Dental House Liverpool, we are excited to announce we have three positions for Qualified Dental Nurses, We have been in a recruitment drive since earlier this year and we have some amazing employees who have either recently joined the team or who have been employed with us since the beginning of our Dental House journey, in 2015.
The Dental House in an outstanding, dynamic and innovative dental practice, located in the Liverpool City Region. We offer Advanced Dentistry services such as Composite Bonding, Specialist Orthodontics, Dental Implants, Endodontist with specialist equipment such as Microscope, Botox and Fillers.
The Practice has recently been recognised nationally, achieving the accolade of winner ‘The Most Improved Practice – North’ at The Private Dentistry Awards, and was also a ‘Finalist’ at The Dentistry Awards as ‘The Best Practice’.
We are now part of the Portman and Dentex Group, which bring many benefits, which include paying annual GDC registration and all training and development.
