An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic receptionist to join Gipsy Lane Advanced Dental Care. Responsibilities will include greeting, assisting and checking in patients, answering calls and inquiries, making appointments for patients, preparing patients notes for Dentists and checking them against the computer, keeping Dentist’s day lists up to date of any changes, making up new patient folders, sending bills for patients and completing any insurance forms if necessary.
You must be well presented, enthusiastic with first class verbal communication skills. Ideally you will have at least 2 years experience in a dental/healthcare surgery. Extensive training and ongoing career development are on offer for the successful candidate.
You will be the first point of contact for patients visiting the practice, exploring treatment options, services and referrals. You must be able to communicate effectively and show a great level of care, to educate and support new and existing patients. You must have a great clinical knowledge, excellent phone manner, first class IT (including SOE), administration and communication skills. You will ideally have experience in a dental clinic as a nurse and a passion for sales in a high end customer focused business.
