Treatment Coordinator – FT, Lymm Full Time Permanent

What the role involves

• Providing the highest standard of clinical support to our dentists and specialists
• Provide outstanding customer service at all times
• Prepare and present treatment plan and financial estimates to patients for all prescribed treatment.
• Schedule patient treatment appointments; reschedule patients that miss their appointment and callpatients that have not completed treatment.
• Manage the Dentist and hygiene schedules to achieve utilisation goals through efficient use ofappointment time.
• Work with clinical team to effectively manage daily patient flow, providing communication andinformation to the appropriate individua
• Handle all treatment paperwork including consent forms, policy forms and exit paperwork.Effectively communicate and develop a strong working relationship with the Doctor and promote teamwork through cooperative and professional behaviors.
• Check patients out.
• Answer and return incoming calls from patients.
• Adhere to practice confidentiality policy.
• Other duties may be assigned to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

What we need from you

• Maintain professional indemnity and registration with the GDC
• Comply with the ‘Code of Ethics’ of the British Association of Dental Nurses
• Undertake CPD in line with the GDC guidelines
• Knowledge of CQC and compliance
• Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills
• Friendly and welcoming manner
• Strong teamwork ability with an enthusiastic attitude
• Proficient user of the requisite dental software and Microsoft package
• Vaccinated against Hepatitis B
