We are looking for a friendly, positive and organised Receptionist/Concierge to join our team.
Candidates should ideally be smart, well presented and have previous experience as a Front of House Receptionist. You’ll need to be friendly with excellent communication skills, punctual and have good time keeping. In addition you’ll be organised, efficient, self-motivated with great initiative.
You will enjoy joining a friendly welcoming team. You will run a high-quality reception and administration service to ensure patient satisfaction. Delivering an excellent patient experience including patient enquiries, telephone calls, emails, payments, receiving and managing patient arrivals and booking of appointments. You will provide maximum contribution to practice efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability in line with the GDC guidelines and practice policies.
This is a great career opportunity in a supportive environment working Monday through Friday with some flexibility around working hours to suit. Training will be provided, but we are looking for GCSE Maths & English and a ideally hospitality or services background. Salary is dependent on your experience, we will offer pay reviews and bonus schemes available once probation period has been passed.
