Key Responsibilities:
• Front of House – Welcoming patients, managing appointments, and handling enquiries on the phone and in person in a confident, positive and efficient manner.
• Treatment Coordination – Supporting patients with treatment plans, finances, and follow-ups
• Building Relationships – Ensuring patients feel valued and supported at every step
• Administrative Support – Maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth daily operations
• Promoting the Practice – Engaging with patients to enhance their experience and encourage referrals and reviews.
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting preferably with SOE or Dentally.
• A friendly, professional, and confident approach to patient care
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• A passion for delivering outstanding service
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A proactive team player who takes pride in being involved in the full patient journey
