Dental Receptionist – Full Time – West London Part Time|Permanent

Ravenscourt Dental practice requires a Dental Receptionist with strong Administrative skills to join a award winning private practice located in the West london. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and approachable personality and happy to work in a busy environment and work as team.
On going training and development is offered to the right candidate.

Receptionist role and responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression
• Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
• Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
• Making patients aware of dental services and offers
• Handling payments
• Dealing with Referrals
• Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
• Problem solving
• Communication skills

Your skills and experience

• Ability to keep calm and professional in a fast paced environment
• Previous administration or reception experience
• Personable, positive and enthusiastic with a great customer focus
• Efficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Must have previous dental receptionist experience
• Have a great command of the English language ( listening ,written and spoken)
• Preferred experience on SOE Dental software
• Strong communication and organisation skills

• Tuesdays :08:30am till 5:45pm
• Fridays : 08:30am till 5:45pm
• Some Saturdays
• Knowledge on Exact SOE Dental software preferred.
• Up to £12 p/h – depending on experience
