Are you an experienced Practice Manager looking for your next role in a Private practice?
The Dental Health and Implant Centre is a beautiful, modern practice based in Grantham, we don’t look or smell like your usual Dental Practice, and everything has been decorated with our patients in mind, making your job as Practice Manager that bit better.
We are a committed, supportive and fun team (maybe bias), and we are now seeking a new captain of our ship!
The practice collaborated with Dentex in 2019, giving the team a wider network of talented individuals who support the practice with HR, Compliance, Recruitment, and Marketing. The days of being a lonely Practice Manager are long gone! Being part of Dentex offers amazing progressive career advances, hence this vacancy arising.

The team you will be joining, are experienced and apart from our apprentice are all qualified, with additional qualifications post their Dental Nursing Examinations. The team are currently finalists in the Private Dentistry Awards which is testament to their dedication and hard work.
The practice has a very loyal patient base, and over the years they have developed into friends of the practice, the patient journey is paramount and constantly evolving..

For this role, you will need to be extremely organised, and be able to manage your own time effectively. You will be required to assist with reception and TCO duties, and the patients and staff are very used to having the Manager easily accessible and part of the Front of House Team
There are quarterly Practice Manager Forums which you will be required to attend, and you will have a strong network of other Practice Managers within your regional group. The practice is supported by an amazing Business Development Manager who guides, advises and supports the Practice Manager and the Practice Partner with any help required.
