Smmmile is an established, fully-private aesthetic dentistry group operating from state of the art, newly built high street store locations across the UK. Our mission is ‘Delivering Happiness’ to transform smiles with Invisalign and all available advanced cosmetic treatments. We are led by one of the UK’s leading Invisalign providers and operate as a Diamond II Invisalign provider. All of our stores are equipped with latest intra-oral scanners and digital x-rays.
Our Newcastle practice is located in the heart of the vibrant city where we operate an exciting new store concept focused on providing the ultimate patient experience in a modern, luxury boutique surrounding. We pride ourselves in providing outstanding customer experience to our varied customer base, while providing a highly convenient service.
Our Newcastle store is one of the best performers in our group and this unique opportunity has arisen due to the promotion of the existing Manger. We are therefore looking for a highly experienced individual who is passionate about delivering the highest levels of customer service, promoting a positive team culture and driving results. We want you to take pride in your store, treat it as if it were your own business and lead your team to even greater new heights. The business has great plans to grow further, so is looking to recruit ambitious individuals who can flourish and increase their impact as the business expands rapidly.
You will directly manage your team of professional clinicians, nurses, receptionists and support staff. You will also be responsible for marketing, audit and financial processes, which must be completed to CQC standards. You will be familiar with GDC standards and you will apply to become the CQC registered manager.
Your key responsibilities will include:
HR and team management, ensure staff comply with policies and procedures. Be responsible that all procedures and processes are In place and are adhered to. All aspects of CQC and store safety including regular audits and risk assessment and to maintain GDC principles. Ensure the store appearance is kept to a high standard recruit develop and motivate the team using effective management skills. As the Practice Manager you will be responsible for driving performance by delivering objectives relating to revenue targets, KPIs and cost management
The successful candidate will:

· Have at least 3 years practice manager experience
· Hold a GDC registration
· Become the CQC Registered Manager
· Be strong leader with the ability to lead and inspire others
· Ability to work in a fast-paced demanding dental retail environment
· Have an enthusiastic flexible attitude
· Passionate about patient care and customer experience
· Experience in driving marketing activities to drive growth
· Be able to optimise revenues and profits and work within budgets
· Create an exciting and energetic atmosphere for patients and staff
Hours 37.5 flexible working across Monday to Friday
