Inspire Dental Dagenham is seeking a professional and experienced Practice Manager to oversee our dynamic NHS & Private Dental & Orthodontic Practice in Dagenham, Essex.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage day-to-day operations of the dental practice, including orthodontic management, using SOE.
– Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
– Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally and in a timely manner.
– Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork among staff members.
– Demonstrate strong leadership skills to effectively supervise a large and diverse team.
Requirements:
– Proven experience managing a NHS/Private Dental Practice.
– Proficient in using SOE.
– Orthodontic management experience is essential.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Well-presented, reliable, hardworking, and conscientious.
Working Hours:
– Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
– 1 in 4 Saturdays (with a day off during the week).
Salary:
– Depending on experience, starting from £32,000 per year.
Start Date:
– Ideally 4th December 2023
